- Automated payments via GoCardless: Hassle-free and secure, allowing you to set up automated payments for regular service.
- Cash or cheque: If you prefer to pay traditionally, we gladly accept cash or cheque payments.
- Bank transfer: For added convenience, you can also pay directly via bank transfer.
With GoCardless, payment is only ever taken after your windows have been cleaned. We always send an email confirmation after cleaning your windows. Then, around 3–5 days later, a payment will be deducted.
We aim to make your payment experience as straightforward and seamless as possible.
About Our Systems
At Bambü, we perform all our cleaning services from the safety of the ground with our vehicle mounted reach-and-wash systems. The water we use is purified using our state-of-the-art resin filtration delivery system which is transported in large water tanks in our vans.
Using this water, we pump it directly up our telescopic poles with brush heads at the ends. The dirt is scrubbed from your glass, frames, and sills, then the windows are rinsed and left to dry naturally.
With our telescopic window cleaning poles, we can reach areas that traditional window cleaners cannot, including low-level pitched roofs and above conservatories.
Our pure water system isn’t just effective—it’s a powerful, natural cleaning agent. It dries without leaving streaks or residue, breaking down dirt and grime without the need for harsh chemicals. We never reuse dirty water or cloths from previous homes, ensuring a spotless clean every time.

About Our Schedule
We offer a flexible cleaning schedule to suit your needs, with the option of a 4-weekly or 8-weekly cycle. Our 4-weekly cycle is recommended for the best results, as it helps stay ahead of pollution, dust, and grime buildup. Plus, it comes at a discounted rate.
We stick to our schedule and clean in light rain, which can even act as a final rinse. In rare cases of extreme weather, we may reschedule to ensure the best results.
About Our Work Pattern
We clean Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), between 7:30am and 4pm, with most visits completed before 2pm. We don’t work weekends to reduce any disruption to your social plans.
Due to our route planning system, we can’t commit to a specific day or time for each cycle, but we’ll always send a reminder the day before.
About Gaining Access
You don’t need to be at home for us to clean your windows. We simply ask for safe and easy access to ensure a complete clean. If we’re unable to carry out a full clean, such as when a side gate is locked, we charge two-thirds of the total value of the clean.
About Our Insurance
For your peace of mind, we have full public liability insurance as well as comprehensive vehicle insurance. While we take every precaution, if anything were ever to happen, you can rest assured that we’re fully covered.
