How It Works

We use the secure GOCARDLESS online payment system, which means you don’t even need to be in when we call.

1. Once you have signed up we will provide you with a regular cleaning week.
2. We’ll send you a reminder text at 7pm the night before to let you know that we are calling. This will allow you to make preparations for our operatives to gain access on the day or to make sure any pets are taken inside.
3. Our team will call at your property and provide a highly professional cleaning service with minimum disruption to your property.
4. We guarantee an excellent clean but will promptly correct any issues our customers may have free of charge and no questions asked
5. 5-7 days after we’ve cleaned your windows, fascia’s or guttering, we will then take an automatic payment. You really don’t need to do a thing!
