We use vehicle-mounted reach-and-wash systems with telescopic poles and purified water. The water is filtered through a state-of-the-art resin system, pumped up our poles, and scrubbed onto your glass, frames, and sills with soft-bristled brush heads. It then dries naturally, leaving no streaks or residue. This method allows us to clean hard-to-reach areas like low-level pitched roofs and above conservatories safely from the ground, up to heights of 60 feet (four to five storeys).

Do I need to be home for the cleaning?

No, you don’t need to be present as long as we have safe and easy access to your windows. If access is restricted (e.g., a locked gate), we charge two-thirds of the total clean value and will work with you to reschedule.


What is your cleaning schedule?

We offer flexible 4-weekly or 8-weekly cleaning cycles, with the 4-weekly option recommended (and discounted) for optimal results against pollution and grime. We clean Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (most visits done by 2:00 PM), excluding bank holidays.

We don’t work weekends to avoid disrupting your plans. You’ll receive a text reminder the day before, though exact times can’t be guaranteed due to route planning.


Can you clean in the rain?

Yes, we clean in light rain or short showers, as it acts as a natural rinse and doesn’t affect our high standards. Our purified water ensures no streaking. In extreme weather, we may reschedule for the best results.
