We Keep You Up To Date

That’s why at Bambü, we send a text message the evening before your scheduled window cleaning. After we’ve completed the job, we’ll also email an invoice, ensuring you have a clear record of service and complete peace of mind.

We Use Telescopic Window Cleaning Poles

We do all of our window cleaning from the safety of the ground with our telescopic reach and wash systems. This method uses only purified tap water. No chemicals or detergents are used, making it 100% safe for people, pets, plants, and the environment.

The water is purified at our base. Then it’s pumped from our vans along hose lines and up telescopic poles, which we use to clean your windows, frames, and sills. Our window cleaning brush heads are made with soft, non-abrasive bristles—meaning they’re gentle on glass yet tough on dirt.

Our clean and reach method allow us to work to a height of four to five storeys—up to around 60ft. We also use this method to clean conservatory roofs, fascias, and soffits. Once cleaned, surfaces are left to dry naturally—the water is pure, so it dries without leaving any marks.

Paying for your window cleaning shouldn’t take up your time. There’s an easier way to pay than by bank transfer, cash, or cheque. You can set up online automated payments with us.

Once it’s set up, payments happen automatically, so you’ll never have to think about it again—no more logging in, setting reminders, or last-minute transfers.

If a scheduled clean doesn’t take place, no payment will be taken. Payment is only taken around five days after we’ve emailed you an invoice. Using automated payments means you won’t ever fall behind on payments, and your window cleaning service will continue without disruption.
